• Structural Components: Designs assume engineered floor systems and roof trusses. Your local system manufacturers typically provide detailed framing as part of their engineering services.

What’s Not Included & Professional Disclaimers

To maintain flexibility and comply with regional requirements, the following are not included:

• Plumbing & HVAC Layouts: Typically provided by your local mechanical contractors.
• Specific Framing Plans: Usually supplied by your engineered system manufacturers.
• Professional Stamps: Plans must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed professional in the state where the home will be built.
